These billing terms explain how payments work when you order from Belofina (operated by MB Violetinis rytas, company code 307055066).
Currency and prices
All prices are shown and charged in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices include free tracked shipping within Australia. There are no extra customs charges on delivery for orders valued at A$1,000 or less.
When you are charged
Your payment method is charged when you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email with the total amount charged.
Payment methods
We accept the payment methods listed on our Payment Methods page. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and PayPal; we never see or store your full card details.
Statement descriptor
The charge on your bank or card statement appears under the name Belofina.
Refunds and cancellations
Approved refunds and cancellations are returned to your original payment method within 5 business days, as described in our Refund Policy. Your bank may take a few more days to show the credit.
Payment problems
If a payment is declined, please check your card details or try another payment method. If you see a charge you do not recognise, email hi@belofina.com before contacting your bank so we can help straight away. Business hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm Lithuanian time (EET/EEST).
