How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order to any address in Australia, and every parcel is tracked.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then usually takes 7 to 14 business days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you the tracking number and link. You can also follow the steps on our Track Your Order page.
Where do you ship from?
Most items are shipped by our fulfilment partners from their warehouses overseas, mainly in China. The final delivery is made by a carrier in Australia.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can return most items within 30 days of delivery if you change your mind, as long as they are unused and in the original packaging. See our Refund Policy.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Email hi@belofina.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
How do cordless lamps charge?
Our cordless lamps charge with the USB cable included in the box. A wall adapter is not included unless the product page says so; any certified USB charger will work. Where the maker provides them, battery capacity, run time and charging time are listed on the product page.
Can solar lights be left outside?
Yes. Our solar lights are made for outdoor use, and the product page lists the weather rating where the maker provides one. For the best performance, place the solar panel where it gets direct sunlight during the day.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched yet. Email hi@belofina.com as soon as possible with your order number.
Do I have to pay customs or extra fees?
No. The price at checkout is the total price, and there are no extra customs charges on delivery for orders valued at A$1,000 or less.
