Refund policy

30-day returns

If you change your mind, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items need to be unused and in their original condition and packaging, with all parts and accessories included. To start a return, email hi@belofina.com with your order number and the item you would like to send back. We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions. Please contact us before sending anything, because parcels sent to an incorrect address cannot be processed.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return postage, and this cost is not refunded. We recommend a tracked postal service. Delivery to you was free, so nothing is deducted from your refund for the original shipping.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, does not work, or is not what you ordered, email hi@belofina.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We will offer a replacement or a full refund. If we need the item back, we pay the return postage. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Refunds

When your return arrives and has been checked, or when we approve a claim for a faulty item, we refund you within 5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show the money in your account.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched. Email hi@belofina.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it can be returned under this policy.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If you would like a different colour or size, email hi@belofina.com with your order number; once the unused item is on its way back to us, we send the replacement. Exchanges follow the same conditions as change-of-mind returns.

No restocking fee

There is no restocking fee on any return or exchange.
