Who we are
This privacy policy explains how Belofina, operated by MB Violetinis rytas (company code 307055066), Beržų g. 10, Plateliai, LT-90422, Lithuania, collects and uses personal information when you visit belofina.com or buy from us. Information we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, shipping and billing address, the items you buy and payment confirmation. Card details are handled by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number. When you browse our website we collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and how you arrived at our site, using cookies and similar technologies. If you email us, we keep the correspondence.
How we use it
We use your information to process and deliver orders, send order and shipping updates, handle returns and refunds, answer your questions, prevent fraud, keep accounting records required by law, and understand and improve our website and advertising. We send marketing emails only if you subscribe, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
Legal basis
We process your information to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations (for example tax and accounting records), based on our legitimate interests in running and improving our store and preventing fraud, and with your consent where required, for example for marketing emails and non-essential cookies.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the store: Shopify (our e-commerce platform), payment providers such as Shopify Payments and PayPal, our fulfilment partners and delivery carriers (to pack and deliver your order), Google (website analytics and advertising measurement), Microsoft Clarity (anonymised website usage analytics), and our accountant. We do not sell your personal information. Some providers are located outside Australia and the European Union, including in the United States and China; where required we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
We use cookies that are needed for the store and checkout to work, and, with your consent where required, analytics and advertising cookies that help us measure visits and the results of our ads. You can manage cookies in your browser settings, and through our cookie banner where it is shown.
How long we keep it
Order and accounting records are kept for the period required by law (in Lithuania generally 10 years). Other information is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. To make a request, email hi@belofina.com. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) or to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt). We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles and the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

We use reputable platforms with encryption and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.
