About these terms
These terms apply to your use of belofina.com and to purchases made on it. The website is operated by MB Violetinis rytas (company code 307055066), Beržų g. 10, Plateliai, LT-90422, Lithuania (“Belofina”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms.
Products
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and handmade or natural materials can vary a little. Product pages list the key specifications, including battery, charging and weather resistance details for lighting.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and are the total price, including free shipping. We may change prices at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the price shown when you place it. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.
Orders
After you place an order you receive an email confirming that we have received it. A contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud; in that case we refund any payment in full.
Shipping and returns
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy.
Safe use of lighting products
Our cordless lamps are charged with a USB cable. Unless a product page says otherwise, a wall adapter is not included; please use a certified USB charger and follow the instructions supplied with the product. Solar lights must be used as described on the product page. Do not use products that are damaged.
Consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and except for the guarantees and rights mentioned above, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.
Intellectual property
The content on this website, including text, logos and page design, belongs to Belofina or is used with permission. Please do not copy it without our written consent. Concerns about intellectual property can be sent as described on our Intellectual Property page.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. If you are a consumer in Australia, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of Australia and your state or territory, and you may bring proceedings in Australia.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
