As soon as your order is dispatched, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a tracking link. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you cannot find it.
How to track
Track your parcel here: enter your order number and email address, or your tracking number, to see where your order is.
You can also open the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. You can also open the order status page from your order confirmation email, or log in to your account on our store, to see the status and tracking number.
When will tracking update?
Tracking can take 2 to 3 business days to show the first update after dispatch. Delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.
Need help?
If your tracking has not changed for 10 business days, or you have not received a shipping email within 3 business days of your order, email hi@belofina.com with your order number and we will look into it straight away.
